An exciting opportunity at a three form entry primary school in Perry Barr who are seeking a NQT Primary Class Teacher for a Year 1 class to join their team. This is a good school with an environment ideal for a NQT Teacher. A mentor will coach you through your observations and help you produce good lessons. You will be entitled to NQT and PPA time and have regular access to CPD via both the school and agency means to enhance your teaching skills. The fantastic thing about this school is that the school realise that teachers don't want to endlessly plan and therefore their planning is based on last year and tweaked for the new class. There are very low levels of EAL and SEND meaning that differentiation is easier and less complicated.
