Are you an experienced secretary who is looking for a fast paced and long lasting role? Are you looking to work for a renowned and highly successful law firm, who are constantly expanding? If so, read on!

A leading law firm are looking for a Document Production Specialist to join their Birmingham offices. Based in a friendly team, you will be responsible for the creation, amendment and completion of a wide range of legal documents for the entire business.

Main duties will include:

  • Producing letters, deeds and contracts for legal teams.

  • Audio typing.

  • Proof reading documents and ensuring that they meet the required standards.

  • Liaising with fee earners to ensure that work is completed accurately and on time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to show off your advanced IT and typing skills, and be part of a law firm that is setting the pace for others across the country. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of producing and amending documents, and will have advanced levels of Word, Powerpoint and Excel. You will be professional, dedicated and proactive, and willing to work to time critical deadlines.

This role is paying up to £26000, and various shift patterns are available!
