Governance and Compliance Officer
Experienced Governance Officer required to join a large organisation on part-time basis.
Your new company
Hays are currently working in partnership with a large and reputable organisation seeking an experienced Governance Officer to join their in-house team on a part-time basis. This is a fixed-term contract anticipated to run until May 2018.
Your new role
Working within a busy in-house team you will:
- provide support to the organisation's board in all compliance and governance matters
- produce high-quality reports to your superiors
- be responsible for all administrative duties
- implement and monitor governance best practice
- conduct performance reviews
- manage and oversee staff appraisals
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant professional qualification or sound experience of working within a similar role for a minimum of three years. You will have good understanding of data protection and ability to maintain confidentiality. You will also have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
