An exciting opportunity has arisen within a high profile organisation based In Birmingham City Centre. The company are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to assist the organisation with the communications side of the business. The main duties of the role include:
- Working with the wider Communications team you will oversee the day-to-day drafting, scheduling and delivery of BAU internal communications activity including weekly newsletters, daily updates, management cascade briefings, morning pop up alerts and internal communication campaigns.
- Deliver monthly Leadership Lunches across all of our offices and develop follow up feedback to be communicated with the rest of the business.
- Delivering content for presentations and speeches for internal conferences.
- Drafting story boards/scripts and content for internal digital content such as videos and webinars.
- Measurement and evaluation of key internal communications activity and demonstrating ROI back to the business.
The successful candidate will ideally have one years experience within a similar role as well as being extremely organised, flexible and have the ability to be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will also have an eye for attention to detail along with being able to multi task and work to deadlines.
