A private clinic in Tamworth is looking for a Clinic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the clinic ensuring that the best use of available resources are made to ensure that the service offered in all areas meets the highest standards of care.
You will have a pivotal leadership role within the clinic, creating an environment that promotes and supports high standards of clinical and professional practice, resulting in high quality patient care.
You will also be expected to take an active role in creating, reviewing and implementing any new business opportunities in line with group plans and activities.
Together with the Medical Director and other team managers you will need to take an active part in identifying and setting up new referral streams and satellite centres.
Alongside the Medical Director, the post holder will manage financial budgets and take care of company expenditure, bills and building facilities.
The role also involves having responsibility for recruitment of administration staff within the clinic and will be responsible for ensuring ongoing training and educational needs are met.
This positon is for a strong and experienced Business Manager to help grow the business further and successfully, dealing with queries and complaints, oversea paperwork and contracts and make decisions.
