We have the pleasure of working with a world renowned Global Automotive Manufacturer, who are looking to recruit a Junior HR Advisor, with a specialist focus on systems. As a result of an exciting period of growth within the company, they are looking to open a new manufacturing plant to join the existing facility in the region, making this an exciting time to join the business.
Carrying an understanding of HR reporting including headcount, absence and overtime, you will use your knowledge to quickly settle in to the role. As a Junior HR Advisor with a specific emphasis on systems, you will be responsible for administrating and maintaining the HR systems, which predominantly consists of SAP. This will entail completing regular reporting, analysing information and identifying trends. This will give you the opportunity to highlight any apparent issues and suggest solutions and improvements to potential problems.
You will also be responsible for managing the headcount figures on site and working with the onsite agency to ensure numbers are met. This will entail producing and understanding the plant absence report and being able to carry out countermeasures. In addition, you will be given accountability for completing the HR budget on a bi-annual basis.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be CIPD Level 5 qualified or hold a degree in a HR discipline. As a result, you will have a detailed understanding of HR reporting, including headcount, absence and overtime.
As this is a systems focused opportunity, your analytical skills are crucial, as well as your ability to ensure accuracy of information. IT literacy is therefore essential, including excellent skills using Microsoft Excel and an ability to manipulate numerical data.
It would be beneficial to your application if you have experience working with SAP, Open Options or Crown HR systems, however, a willingness to learn a variety of systems is crucial.
The salary for this role is highly competitive in keeping with industry standards.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you will work from 8am until 5pm Monday - Thursday and from 8am until 1pm on a Friday. A flexible approach to duties and requirements is required as these may change quickly in response to business needs.
