The role
No day is ever the same. You will be responsible for operating Percy's Pilot plant as a standalone cidermaker and you will also be the go to person for day to day operational aspects. Projects will include product and process development as well as experimentation with new varieties of apples and other materials. You will play an important part in the education of personnel (both external and internal) on all things cider.

As part of the Quality department you will work closely with the central laboratory team interacting with them on a daily basis and supporting them when needs arise.
