Trainee Service Administrator - Audi Coventry
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Service Administrator to join our busy service department, based at our Audi dealership in Coventry.
We require a highly organised administrator to provide support to the service team. You will be customer focussed, smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner. With the ability to follow processes, input data accurately and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
You will be closely involved with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) as today it is imperative to ensure that our customers are completely happy with the service that they have received.
You will be responsible for:
• Greeting customers when they approach the Service desk
• Contacting customers by telephone
• Supporting the Service Advisors
• Preparing job cards
• Liaising with service advisors and other internal departments.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own and as part of a team, have good organisational skills, tenacity, and the ability to use their initiative and believe in the value of excellence.
This is a busy and interesting role that will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join the Listers Group. Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
The working hours for this role are: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
