Interim HR Advisor (12 months) - c.£30k - Bromsgrove
Our client is a market leading brand based just south of Bromsgrove. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to recruit an interim HR Advisor to their team.
You will be required to support business needs, giving advice and support to line managers and supporting the rollout of HR initiatives and projects.
Main areas of responsibility will include
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on all areas including recruitment and employee relations
- Providing training and coaching support to managers locally
- Assist in the transformation projects including restructuring and change
- Providing advice and support on the technical aspects of internal HR data provision, including Sharepoint, Yama, local intranet etc.
HR qualification and previous experience as a HR Advisor in a similar role is essential. You must have excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and be able to build relationships. You will need to be an enthusiastic person capable of working under pressure.
This role is for a 12 month FTC, to start in November 2017.
Salary- c.£30,000 plus benefits.
