Highly motivated experienced office Manager required to help support a busy recruitment team in Derby.

This Office Manager/administrator role is a permanent position that requires someone who has strong administration and customer service skills and experience. You will have excellent accuracy and attention to detail and be highly organised. You should also have good working knowledge of MS Office.

General Daily duties

  • Management of the Apprentice - workload and targets including review monthly
  • Answering phones and checking the answer machine
  • Consultant queries
  • Precision/payroll queries
  • Boardroom/ room booking
  • General candidate/client queries
  • Formatting CV's
  • Manage Sellick registrations and pass on to relevant Consultants

Placements

  • Managing weekly temps out processes including weekly reporting systems
  • Audit spreadsheets
  • Placement management
  • Checking the non-compliant and missing timesheet reports from payroll on a weekly basis
  • Audit documents - sending out emails and checking documents and chasing of references where require
  • Weekly finishers and extensions processes including spreadsheet, systems and email management
  • HR duties including new starter inductions
  • Petty Cash management, including purchasing office fruit, bread and milk
  • Health and Safety processes for the office including facilities related issues
  • General office upkeep
  • Monitoring stationary use and restocking
  • Arranging Team Meetings including collating agenda points and taking and circulating minutes

Projects:

  • Supporting consultants where required with candidates interviews and feedback
  • Events - order supplies, wine, chocolate
  • Training of Administrative or Resourcing elements
  • Any ad hoc projects
