SF Group are working on behalf of a leading healthcare company based in Lichfield for a DBS Administrator dealing with all aspects of the compliance and screening process of recruitment.

Monday Friday
8.30 - 5.30
Temporary - Permanent

Working alongside the resourcing team as a DBS Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring new hires to this fast paced healthcare company are compliant before start date.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Preparing all new start paperwork
  • Collecting references
  • Ensuring rights to work are in place
  • Chasing references
  • Dealing with a live shared recruitment inbox
  • General correspondence with new starters
  • Office duties including filing and scanning

Required Skills:

  • Proven prior experience
  • Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Good communicator
