Working alongside the resourcing team as a DBS Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring new hires to this fast paced healthcare company are compliant before start date.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Preparing all new start paperwork
- Collecting references
- Ensuring rights to work are in place
- Chasing references
- Dealing with a live shared recruitment inbox
- General correspondence with new starters
- Office duties including filing and scanning
- Proven prior experience
- Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Good communicator
