Your new role
A Regional Employee Relations Advisor/Consultant covering sites across Central England, Yorkshire and the North West. The ER Advisor/Consultant will provide advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievances, absence management, performance management and investigations. The role will coach managers and attend formal meetings as required. The postholder will also suggest areas for process improvement and identify any underlying trends. Additionally proactively coach and train managers on employee relations best practice. Regular travel across the region will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a credible HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience and employment law knowledge. Previous experience from the logistics, distribution, retail or manufacturing sectors would be an advantage. A full driving licence is essential as regular travel is required.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £32,000 plus car and bonus and excellent benefits. Whilst flexibility in the role is required, the organisation also support agile working.
