Our very successful client based in Kenilworth are currently recruiting for a Resource Planning Manager to join their team on a permanent basis due to extensive growth within the company.

Duties Include:

  • Communicating staff capacity and roster requirements
  • Recommending ways in which KPIs, targets and mandates are best achieved
  • Ensuring appropriate levels of training are available to all employees
  • Managing impact form mailings
  • Managing and developing a team of Resource Planning Analysts
  • Creating new and innovative forecast and capacity models to plan for future demand, growth and channel shifts
  • Strategy development for changes in customer demand and expectations
  • Identifying and implementing new technology for planning, development or procurement of effective workforce management software
  • Providing administrative assistance and marketing direction to the Sales Director, Sales Manager and Sales Analyst and Coordinator
  • Producing reports, letters, spreadsheets and filing
  • Recording sales releases, cancellations, exchanges, inconsistencies and daily sales rates for third party sales managers
  • Take telephone enquiries from prospective customers
  • Liaising with sales consultants and ensuring they receive all relevant information and reports

The successful candidate must have:

  • Solid experience of working in team management and effective resource planning
  • Good working knowledge of Workforce Management tools and Microsoft packages
  • An in-depth understanding of manual forecasting methods and formulas
  • Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Previous experience/examples of where projects have been managed from start to finish
  • Ability to explain complex information in an easy to understand manner
  • Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment - dealing with a high volume of calls
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Flexible in approach to work - able to work shift patterns
  • Must be able to drive due to location


Up to £35,000 DOE


Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm on a shift rota basis
