Customer Service Advisors - Healthcare Programme
Our client based in Birmingham City Centre are an established national business who working on delivering multiple campaigns across the government. They are currently working on a major government based healthcare campaign. Working within a wider team an opportunity has arisen for a several Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team.
The role will be Customer based where you will make outbound calls specifically to book patients into group workshops across the country. The role will entail making a large volume of calls where you will give an overview of the healthcare programme and then book in patients for specific sessions. You will need to have exceptionally strong customer service skills and high levels of empathy. You will be dealing with elderly patients such of which may have health or mobility issues.
You will also update the database and undertake any ad-hoc administration. Applicants will be working a rotational shift pattern between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday in three but you will be given time off in lieu the following week.
Applicants will be happy in an outbound customer service role and be happy to work a rotational shift pattern. You will have a passion for delivering a high level of service to vulnerable participants.
