A highly acquisitive manufacturing business requires a capable and commercially focused HR Generalist to work within this fast paced environment.
Reporting to the Board of Directors you will work in a standalone capacity, dealing with both operational and strategic issues on a regular basis. With 250 employees the business is very much an SME but has an appetite for growth, and as such as the only HR practitioner within the business, you will take the lead on any acquisitions that may take place.
With HR perhaps not having been as involved within the business as it should have been, this is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to make a clear and distinct impression within the organisation by developing the service offering HR can have to the business and its employees, and ensuring that it remains high on the agenda.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have worked within a heavy manufacturing environment;
- Be able to influence and challenge staff at all levels of an organisation;
- Have worked for both SME and large corporate organisations.
