Are you currently looking for an opportunity in Customer Service / Sales Administration?

Our client based in Lichfield is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with internal and external departments

  • Engaging with customers via telephone and email

  • Entering data onto various internal systems

  • Processing information in relation to customers orders

  • Sending and receiving emails

  • Solving problems internally

  • Creating reports

Skills Required:

  • Experience working in a customer service industry

  • Good administration skills

  • Ideally a driver due to location

  • Strong communication skills

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary: £8.00 - £8.50 per hour
