Regional Nurse Manager (Ocupational Health)

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Nurse Manager's to manage our key contracts in the Midlands. Travel will be required in this role to attend meetings.
The Regional Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and service are provided to our clients. Through management of staff and the day to day running of the clinical team you will work closely with the Head of Central Clinical Services, Account Manager and Administration Team Leaders acting as Team Prevent's ambassador to ensure all clients’ needs are met and targets achieved.
This position requires someone who is passionate about driving quality and ensuring that KPI’s and productivity targets are met within agreed timescales, as well as having the relevant and effective resources in place to achieve these. In addition, the Regional Nurse Manager will undertake 2 days per week clinical work, as well as any other clinical work as required. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services this role will be responsible for ensuring that professional standards, governance and quality of the service provision are maintained.
As an Occupational Health degree qualified practitioner, you will also have a minimum of 2 year’s previous experience of working within an Occupational Health role, delivering a quality service through management of a team.
You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain key working relationships and maintaining such relationships through a proactive approach to service review and communications.
