This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer services officer to join a thriving team for a well established housing provider based in Birmingham.

Working in the contact centre, you will be taking inbound calls from tenants and customers and dealing with a variety questions and queries relating to housing, benefits and other general advice for tenants.

Key skills needed for this role are:

- Strong communications skills
- Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to customer/tenant enquiries
- Experience in working within a contact centre environment
- Housing sector knowledge (not essential)
- Knowledge of benefits and entitlement legislation

You will be working on a shift rota basis and therefore should be willing to work flexible hours. Shifts will be rotated based on 37/30 hours per week between 8am and 8pm.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and good
knowledge of benefits and housing sector.

This is a temporary role and initially will be for 2 months with a view to continue as on-going.
