One of Our exclusive new housing contractors are recruiting for experienced Assistant Site Managers to join the company on a temporary to permanent basis. The company has shown consistent growth nationwide and has multiple sites within the Coventry and Warwickshire region. Due to expansion the company are recruiting for Assistant Site Managers for their Coventry and Rugby sites. They are renowned for providing management training and offer the right employees real opportunity for progression within the new housing sector.
Your new role
Your responsibilities as an Assistant Site Manager will involve working alongside the Site Manager to oversee trades and labour on site, organise subcontractors, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are adhered to, the quality of work is controlled and the projects timescales are met. As you will be working on a busy site, you will be responsible for snagging on site and on occasion liaise with clients, to ensure that they are satisfied with works completed.
What you'll need to succeed
As you will be working with one of the largest new housing contractors in the county, experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on a large scale site is essential. You must hold a valid SMSTS, driving license, First Aid certification, and have at least 2 years new housing management experience.
