Complaint Handler - Banking
Complaint Handler (6 month fixed term contract), £20,000 to £22,000 per annum (full time)
A highly respected and growing banking organisation is recruiting for an experienced Complaint Handler to assist with general banking complaints. Your role will be to handle complaint cases from start to end. Gathering all the evidence from various sources, investigating and providing a final decision. You will be required to work to strict service level agreements.
You must be an experienced complaint handler from a banking or a financial services background. You must have handled complaints relating to Mortgages, Savings OR Current Accounts. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
