Interim Programme Manager- Apprenticeships
Interim Programme Manager is sought to look after the organisations Apprenticeship programmes covering a maternity leave of up to 12 months. This is a new role and therefore an opportunity to mould the position around your approach and style.
A large commercial midlands based business with strong international links.
Your role will be to develop and manage the Apprenticeship programmes for the Group working closely with the group and other key stakeholders and training providers. A key element of the role is taking accountability for the effective utilisation of the Levy from a financial and strategic perspective ensuring that the programmes offered have cohesion with the aims of the Corporate Plan.
Strategic delivery, Programme management and Operational delivery is Key.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience within HR, recruitment or a Learning and development role.
Experience of developing an apprenticeship programme
Understanding of the apprenticeship landscape including Trailblazer groups, Levy Funding and frameworks to standards
Experience of developing and managing programmes and projects
Experience of developing effective working relationships at a variety of levels in different sectors
Demonstrable experience of budget/financial management.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Influencing and persuasion skills
Planning and organisation of project based activity
Able to think creatively and with ambition to develop the apprenticeship programme
Ability to work autonomously in a trusted and creative environment
Flexibility to work dynamically
Up to £48,000 depending on experience.
