The position of Bid Manager will be responsible for compiling bids and tender responses as well as managing the process of bidding for contracts in property management. This role will also oversee the administration of bid activities and coordinate resources accordingly.
The Bid Manager will be working for a property management company who are extremely successful in their field and who have a growing portfolio of contracts nationally.
This position will have responsibility for the efficient management of contract bid processes including putting together tender responses and full bids to corporate clients. Bids need to be accurate, timely and very well presented in order to be successful. The Bid Manager will also liaise internally with subject matter experts to ensure that accurate information, figures and service delivery methods are selected.
Candidates for this role will need to have strong communication and relationship management skills as as well as an efficient and very well organised method of working. You will need to be able to work to tight and fixed deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly. You will also need to be comfortable in dealing with clients and developing relationships, as well as building an internal network,
This position has a salary of between £30k and £35k plus excellent corporate benefits.
