The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant within healthcare /social care or medical recruitment OR experience as a Resource or compliance officer in a healthcare related agency
- Confident and comfortable conversing with customers via telephone, email and directly
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in busy surroundings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A desire to deliver and help achieve company targets
- Proficient in written English
- Competent with computer systems, Microsoft Word & Outlook

Main Tasks:
•To identify and target new business
•Establishing contacts to help build the client database and to actively promote the business,
•To follow through the process of filling the Temporary Booking/Permanent Vacancy together with all appropriate follow up and administration,
•To act immediately on competitor information to maximise sales,
•General data administration and paperwork,
•To deal with any situations that may arise where a client or candidate does not receive a standard of service that meets the vision and values of the company,
•To undertake any other project or task requested by the Business Manager,
•To adhere to the vision and values of the Company at all times and to remain abreast of all legalities, code of conduct and Agency Nurses Framework Agreement to supply public services,
•To attract an ongoing flow of candidates via advertising, leaflet distribution, contacting
•To interview thoroughly all candidates deemed suitable, using the appropriate documentation and compliance procedures.
