Our very successful and growing client based in Kenilworth are currently searching 20 Part Time Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

25 and 30 hour a week positions are available!

Duties Include:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers regarding queries and complaints
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Responding to customer cancellations
  • Providing knowledge to customers to create an informative service
  • Providing a consistently good level of customer service within a timely manner

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of working within customer service
  • Must have your own transport due to location of the company

Salary:

GBP7.20 - GBP7.50 (minimum wage age reflected) for first 8 weeks - GBP8.72 when permanent ( GBP17,000 Pro Rota)

Hours:

25 - 30 hours per week. You can decide whether you want a 25 hour or 30 hour a week contract!

Both positions are across 5 working days between the days of Monday - Friday.

The 5 hour shifts are 8am - 1pm

The 6 Hour shifts are 8am - 2pm.

Saturdays are 1 in 3 per month and Saturday hours are 8.00am - 1.00pm

Overtime is available and flexibility is required.
