Our highly established client based in Rugeley is currently searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team due to growth in the business.

Duties will include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Responding to general complaints and customer queries
  • Updating internal systems on a regular basis
  • Managing couriers and liaising internally
  • Organizing delivery dates and scheduling drivers
  • Completing general administration
  • Speaking to customers via telephone
  • Entering data onto in house systems

Experience Required:

  • Experience working in a similar industry - ideally customer service
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Packages
  • Strong organizational skills

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: GBP8.50 per hour
