About the Role:

Come and join us as an Investment Delivery Manager where you'll support our entire Estates teams while owning all short term and long term OPEX and CAPEX plans and investments. This role will have a huge part to play in maintaining AMP6 and planning the future AMP7 by devising activities to deliver against company objections, whilst offering robust investment solutions, as well as playing a pivotal part in development and coordination of the Estates PR19 submission. As a Project Manager you'll undertake improvement projects and ensure they are delivered in a consistent manner with recognised programme management philosophy, this includes governance and reporting. It's imperative you have experience of coaching and managing staff as you'll have a team of 11 team members working for you.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Proven track record of developing regulatory / AMP submissions.

* Experience of managing a complex totex investment programme.

* Proven track record of managing complex opex and capex investment budgets, including strong evidence of effective project management and governance

* Experience of engaging and influencing a comprehensive range of internal and external stakeholder's e.g. wholesale, landowners, customers and environmental groups and have a strong customer focused approach to your work.

* An understanding of how the Estates services, activities and strategies come together to create value for the customer; and by understanding how the Estates strategy contributes to Departmental and Company priorities

* Proven ability of developing effective investment proposals based on robust data analytics.


* Relevant Degree (or Equivalent Experience)

* Financially Trained / Qualification

* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification

* Working knowledge of lean management / Six Sigma/ SBF or similar continuous improvement or project management processes.

* A minimum of five years' experience in a strategic / tactical planning

* Ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
