Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Internal Services Administrator to join their team based in Pembridge, Herefordshire. You will be on a full time permanent basis working 39 hours per week and be paid a salary of £17,500 per annum.

About the Internal Services Administrator role

Our client now has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Services Administrator to work as part of the team. You will liaise and coordinate the customer base and will be responsible for the receipt, distribution and logging of enquiries, order entry, project tracking and forecasting, process monitoring as well as coordinating logistical options for customers in conjunction with the company CRM system.

Skills needed to become their Internal Services Administrator

You will have experience of working in an office environment providing secretarial, administrative or back office support. Qualifications in Business & Administration or Customer Service would be an advantage.

The role will require you to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. The ability to build rapport and develop effective relationships with colleagues and customers is essential as is a confident telephone manner.
