Purchase Ledger Clerk
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an immediate start for a long term temporary opportunity with a view to being made permanent working for a global business near Dudley.
You will be working as part of a small and friendly team and be responsible for:
- Matching, batching, coding and processing approximately 500 invoices per week and getting them authorised for payment
- Processing payment runs
- Petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Other general office duties as required
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who can join the business and hit the ground running. You will have previous experience using a computerised accounting system, good excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, via email and over the telephone.
Our client are an internationally established business based in Dudley who offer a good working environment, onsite parking and a range of benefits once permanent including bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus (plus bank holidays), private medical insurance and company pension. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week).
