Would you like to work for a charitable organisation who work in partnership with education?

Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for an administrator to join this organisation based in Leamington.

Duties will include:
*Raise purchase orders, invoices and daily correspondence as required.
*Answer incoming telephone calls to the switchboard and deal with enquiries as appropriate.
*Be a main point of contact for visitors to the building and provide tea/coffee for visitors/delegates, as required.
*Assist with administration for the whole building, including organising post.
*Maintain and update diaries and spreadsheets with information as required.
*Arrange meetings, book rooms and organise lunch and refreshments when required.
*Attend departmental meetings and take minutes when required.
*Maintain and update filing system.
*Photocopy documentation as and when required.
*Support the marketing function with mailshots and telemarketing activities.
*Possess a good knowledge of the department's activities in order to deal competently with enquiries in the absence of departmental managers.

The successful candidate will have experience within an administrative role and be an advanced Microsoft Office user, especially in Word, Excel and Outlook and experience of databases, preferably CRM. Flexible attitude to work with ability to travel is essential for this role along with a full UK driving licence and own car.
