Who we're looking for:

We are looking for an Office Administrator to support an experienced team of specialist consultants and account managers providing administrative support to the delivery and support functions of the business.

What you'll get to do:

Your responsibilities will be to support the existing team by carrying out a range of activities including:

  • Provide administrative support to the delivery teams as required, such as data entry, customer service and generating reports
  • Provide support to the Admin Manager in delivering financial reporting and HR functions of the business
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Work collaboratively across different teams as well using own initiative to work independently to identify and improve processes
  • Represent the business in a professional manner as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Highly methodical with a good attention to detail
  • Educated to a good standard with a good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Intermediate level for Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Able to prioritise regular and ad-hoc tasks
  • Organised and able to cope under pressure
  • You will have excellent communication skills, particularly listening
  • You will need to be fluent in English

You might also have:

  • Experience using financial software such as Sage will be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in the energy industry may be helpful but is not necessary

Ability to proof read documents

What you will get:

Depending on your experience, you will receive a salary of between GBP20,000 & GBP25,000 together with a generous benefits package. This is a full-time post, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
