My reputable client based in Pershore are currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role requires a bright, switched on and driven candidate looking to make their next career move.

You must have previous office experience, be hard working and proactive, be keen to embrace a new position and hit the ground running in order to be considered.

Duties will include:
- utilise ERP system
- review and check stock levels and action items to be ordered
- review product shortages and resolve shortage issues
- expdite shipments
- run reports to highligh delayed shipments
- liaison with suppliers in regards to orders
- liaison with other departments
- assist with projects
- provide support to logistics coordinator
- general administration

The successful candidate will:
- be bright and swtiched on with the ability to pick up new skills
- have brilliant communication skill both written and verbal
- have a good working knowldge of excel
- have good system knowldge
- have good organisation and problem solving skills
