This is a great opportunity to join the company, providing administrative support to the existing customer services team.

Your duties will be varied and will include
- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls
- Making calls/requests to, and dealing with pension, investment, insurance and mortgage companies along with general office duties.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm paying a basic salary of GBP12,000 to GBP13,000 dependent on your experience and qualifications.

Experience within the Financial Services industry is not necessary, however, experience within customer services is essential as well as Maths & English GCSE Grade C upwards (or equivalent) as a minimum.
