Established manufacturing business supplying various industries. The group employs almost 800 people around the world with production centers or sales offices in almost every area around the globe.


This HR Manager position will partner the UK MD who is charged with implementing a robust change and transformation program to deliver growth and improved performance across the UK business. Working in partnership with the HR and Communication Director, the HR Manager will drive improvement across key people metrics and support the leadership team in driving a high engagement, high performance culture.

* Transform & implement corporate strategy at a local level

* Develop and implement HR policies to support business goals

* Develop a strategic approach to talent acquisition from end to end including onboarding and induction

* Drive engagement across the site, being a brand ambassador both internally and externally

* Design & develop learning programs that are fit for purpose

* Drive effective employee relations and performance management across the business

* Leading effective and creative internal communication to engage the management team and wider workforce

* Develop and strengthen the employer brand to secure succession.


The HR Manager role is fundamental in driving positive change for a successful and engaged business. You will need to be agile, a strong relationship builder, a change agent, commercial and values orientated.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be an excellent communicator

* Have extensive HR generalist and change management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment

* Be accustomed to working in a stand-alone environment with a small amount of administrative support

* Be a credible, innovative and professional

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills

* Ideally hold level 7 CIPD or equivalent qualification

Job Offer

GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 + Pension + Healthcare dependant on experience
