Quattro Recruitment are working with a well-established and multi-sector organisation who are based in the heart of Warwick in a close proximity to transport links.
This prestigious company are seeking an experienced Fulfilment Administrator to join the company on a full time and permanent basis.
With a salary of GBP19,000 per annum plus an annual bonus and working hours between 09:00 - 5:30PM Monday - Friday.
The duties of this role will include but are not limited to:
??Order Processing and updating the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail
??Fulfil sample requests and ensure there is the correct level of stock available to do so
??Query resolution via telephone and email
??Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
??Update all sample requests daily
??Regular stock taking
??Regular reporting to managers using spreadsheets and presentations
??Undertaking conference calls with project managers to update them on the status of the order
??Ad hoc duties within the scope of the role
