Hanson Lawrie is recruiting a Sales Administrator two support the Directors of a small but well-established business in the centre of Leamington Spa
This opportunity would suit someone who is self-motivated, diligent and organised with previous experience of working in a sales support or busy administration or PA role where the work is varied and workloads can fluctuate.
The aim of this post is to provide full administrative support on a day to day basis to the MD, Sales Director.
Day to day Duties will include:
* Dealing with customers enquirers
* Generating reports, letters, sales proposals and orders
* Supporting client/customers via phone calls, email and in person
* Manipulating data in excel, producing spreadsheet and reports
* Undertake general office duties including greeting visitors, taking telephone enquirers, ordering stationery
* Administration and PA duties to support the MD as required
The successful candidate will have excellent phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. They will also be competent when using MS office packages specifically excel.
Salary is dependant on experience and part time working hours will be considered.
