Our client is a successful and well-established company based in Bromsgrove. Due to their continued success, we are looking for an exciting, confident, positive and pro-active Customer Service Assistant to join the experienced and dedicated team

Duties will include:

• Handling all customer enquiries including customer orders, amendments, cancellation requests, scheduling deliveries and all other product related enquiries.

• Create outstanding customer confidence in the service and products, striving to delight each customer and continually looking to exceed expectations.

• Provide support, training and coaching to other team members as reasonably expected and required.

• Participate as a helpdesk expert on related projects and initiatives, aimed at improving both our processes and customer experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to drive and have own transport, due to location

• Experience working within a customer service environment.

• Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints at first point of contact.

• Experience establishing and collating information from a variety of sources to provide individually tailored customer solutions.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
