My Client who are a prestigious health care developer are currently looking for an experienced PA to join their team. This an exciting opportunity for an energetic, positive person to become the PA to the CEO of a well established health care business. Duties to include but not limited to:

Diary and Event Management

Arranging travel and accommodation including flights and car hire etc.

Preparing all Necessary travel documents and supporting documents

Responding to phone calls and actioning emails on behalf of the CEO

Producing reports and presentations

Taking minutes in meetings and preparing agendas then briefing the CEO

Assisting the CEO with overseeing the Finance Department

Collating and reporting of expenses

Other ad-hoc projects and admin duties where necessary

The successful candidate must be able to drive do you the location being in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Your initial hours will be 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday but during busy periods you will be expected to assist with working from home therefore, positivity and flexibility is a must if you are to be successful. You must also be able to manage and prioritise your own work load and be able to keep up in an extremely fast-paced, ever changing environment so you will also need to be able to adapt quickly.
