We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Customer Service Order Processer to join our prestigious engineering client on a short-term temporary assignment for approximately 2 months.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining their busy Customer Service department providing support to their customers.

  • Processing order over the telephone and via email
  • Deal with customer enquiries
  • Raising of delivery notes
  • Filing
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Personal Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Good grammar and spelling
  • Experience of inputting orders
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to work in a busy environment
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of word and excel
  • A good telephone manner
  • A professional attitude
  • A confident person, able to deal with customers
  • Ability to work in a close team environment
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and a desire to learn
  • A quick learner, a starter finisher, and can do attitude
  • Good timekeeping
  • Experience of ERP system is desirable
  • Experience of international sales is desirable
  • German speaking is desirable
  • Grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Available immediately

Location and hours:

You will be working part-time (8.45am-5.00pm), any 3 days out of 5, in their office based in Stoke-on-Trent with an hourly rate of up to GBP9.54 per hour.
