The LMS administrator will work as part of the team based at Redrow's Training Centre, who provides training, development and support for all Redrow staff.

  • Log and manage calls with our external providers

  • Maintaining e-learning modules

  • Tracking and reporting of usage including course completions, courses assessments and reporting or trends

  • Field and track end user queries including password management, access

  • Creation of content including course pages, e-learning modules and content

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, course sponsors and IT department

  • Work closely with the Group Learning & Development team to ensure the correct scheduling of courses

  • Analyse processes to develop areas where improvements and enhancements can be made.

  • Find new and exciting ways to promote the Learning Management System across the business.

  • Develop solutions, including liaising with external training/learning and development providers and professional bodies.

  • Managing audiences within the LMS

  • Assist with other IT systems administration duties of the LMS as assigned

  • Manage report writing / development and declared interest requests from the business and appraisals

  • Work with subject matter experts to review and update training contents for e-learning

  • Assist the Learning & Development team in managing course certifications.
