Customer Service Advisor

Telford Distribution Centre

Principle Responsibilities: As a member of the customer service team
your role is to communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers
and sales team to deliver customer excellence, you will handle customer
inbound telephone calls, orders and general enquires. Accurately input
sales orders ensuring all orders processed correctly with correct address
details, customer account details prices and part numbers. Ensure all
orders are released for picking in line with agreed SLA. Process and resolve
any customer debits raising relevant paperwork and arranging RMA/
replacement goods as and when required. Process next day delivery
requests within the required time scales. Answer incoming telephone calls.
Liaise with customers at all levels. Liaising with the external sales teams to
meet customer requirements. Cross selling products across promotional
campaigns to existing customer base. All other duties deemed necessary
for the business.
