FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a global business based in Rugby.
The ideal candidate will have a professional work ethic and also have the ability to want to streamline current processes and really make the desk their own. There is a realistic opportunity to climb the career ladder within a global business with this company.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Clock cards (weekly) inc. management of overtime in liaison with department managers at quiet times
- Holiday requests, sickness and absence forms
- VAT matters and VAT returns
- Banking and Bank reconciliation
- Fixed asset register and disposals
- Assisting the Finance Manager with preparation of monthly accounts to trial balance
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Credit Control
- General administration duties
You MUST have SAP experience to be considered!
The permanent salary after the temporary role expires will be £22-23,000.
