Main Purpose of Position:
• To coordinate the activity and compliance within the Sales function
• To be the first point of contact within the Sales function
• To act as super user to ensure that CRM adherence in maintained at all times
• To give accurate and timely data to the Sales and Management team

• To act as primary liaison among Key Account Management team to support with information in order to carry out the scope required within the role.
• Liaise with the (Insert ST job title) to ensure that they are kept fully informed of performance status within the department.
• To ensure standardisation and central tracking of data within the Department.
• Accurate and timely preparation of management information and reports as determined by the agreed targets
• To ensure standardisation of key processes and information – i.e. Customer reporting & KPI’s
• To follow published Standard Operating Procedures at all times
• Accurate use of the company’s in-house data collection and monitoring systems - CRM.
• Become CRM Super User

• Coordinate Sales reports and performance to target
• Create Customer review presentations and KPI packs
• Be first point of contact for new customer enquiries
• Ensure on site Customer reviews are organised and facilitated
• Create Customer review presentations and KPI packs prior to presentation to clients and in conjunction with the Key Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate filing and administration systems
• Control Gateway administration and reporting
• Manage meeting minutes and actions with effective close out of tasks within department
• Analyse and maintain set KPI targets
• Prepare reports for weekly Management reviews
• Manage activity tracking and Key Account Management diaries
• To investigate and endeavour to resolve issues as they happen and escalate appropriately
• Organise International travel for business and raise travel requests to ensure value for money
• Implement and maintain focus area for Sales Strategy reviews
• Record department spend

Other Responsibilities
• Accomplish corporate goals.
• Perform other duties as may be required by department supervisor or manager.
• Attend meetings (that may be off-site at a client’s premises) as required to deliver the scope of services
