A Refractory Mason is a person who restores or replaces linings of furnaces, kilns and basins by installing refractory bricks, blankets, modules, castables, plastics or ceramic coatings to protect structures from high heat.  
  
Refractory Mason / Builder 

Our client based in Burntwood have a fantastic opportunity for a Refractory Engineer / Builder to join their business which manufactures Incinerators and cremation units worldwide. 
  
In order to be considered for the position, you will have the following skills / qualifications;
Experience in building and maintaining Incinerators / Cremators desirable but not essential
Good understanding and knowledge of filling in paperwork
Quality, right first time attitude 
Bricklaying qualification desirable but not essential
Installing dry lines and wet rammed refractory materials
Able to travel offsite either UK or worldwide
Work as part of a team
FLT licence desirable but not essential
Standard hours of work 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday - through busy times overtime will be called upon which will include weekdays and weekends.
