The role will be working in Birmingham city centre, working within a team of existing Property Managers with a supportive administration team your will be:

* Organising and conducting inspections (approx. 450 properties). We conduct the inspections every 4 months
* Organising move in maintenance, booking works orders/obtaining quotes etc
* Processing inventory amendments
* Processing check-outs, working out costings, liaising with the landlord and tenants and releasing the deposits

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and will be friendly, enthusiastic and eager to help. Some experience of working in an admin environment is preferable, though not essential.

You will be required to work a Saturday morning on a weekly basis and you will have an early finish in the week.
