My client are currently looking for a hardworking and self-motivated Project Coordinator to help contribute to the success of their Client Services & Project Delivery teams.

My client is looking for someone to maintain high quality service , clear commination with customers, good organisational skills, accuracy is a must and someone who has good rapport building skills.

You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings. ... Ultimately, you should be able to support our senior managers and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

Administrative duties to include :

*General Typing (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations)

*Ensuring electronic filing is accurate

*Collating training material as required

*Answering telephone and responding to enquires accurately.

*Project administration of agreed projects

* overseeing credit control and briefing the manging Director as appropriate

Raising invoices

*updating the companies invoice schedule

* Maintain record
