Our client is an award winning prestigious architectural practice who has built a strong reputation within the industry and are renowned for their design and delivery on a diverse portfolio of projects. With extensive industry exposure they pride themselves as a leader in design having won numerous awards for their design work.

They deliver the full architecture cycle on large scale projects from Concept Design, Master Planning, and Detailing through to Construction Administration. They have a number of high profile projects and require a team of Part 2 Architectural Assistants to join their Birmingham Studio. They are keen on candidates who have a flare for design, can work as a team and provide innovative design and technical knowledge to the projects.

The position will require the ideal candidate to possess strong design and creative aptitude, with ability to share ideas and be part of a team that all work towards an end goal on each project. You will have good communication skills as there is a key requirement to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the business.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and grow within the business as Head of Department. They are looking for ambitious, engaging and confident candidates who have the ability to liaise with all of stakeholders within the business.

Skills and experience include:

- RIBA Part II Qualification or Equivalent
- Good understanding of the design project
- Confidence to represent other design options on each project
- Thorough knowledge and compliance of GHA procedures and guidelines
- To contribute and work alongside the project architect/ design studio
- Software efficiency in: MicroStation, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Micorsoft, AutoCAD and Revit
