Working just outside of Birmingham City centre
The main purpose of the role is to meet and greet customers and to provide a high level of service during a customer’s visit to the offices with some general administration duties.

Main duties and responsibilities:
You will be the interface between customer and staff by ensuring all customers, internal and external, are welcomed in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner, whilst ensuring a smooth flow of communication. You will also be required to carry out some administration duties.

About You
You will be of smart appearance with exceptional customer service skills and have an impeccable telephone manner. You will have previous switchboard and administration experience in a corporate environment. You will be enthusiastic and have the ability to build relationships with ease.

This is an immediate start.
