A main contractor based in Shropshire is seeking a design manager to join their team.
They work on various build/construction projects across the UK.

The position is a split role between office and site. Initially you will be involved in the delivery of projects with preconstruction work in future.
Design Manager Duties
-Manage design process
-Attend delivery meetings
-Coordinates with relevant people
-Understand and interpret designs/drawings
Design Manager Requirements
-Have worked as a design manager or design coordinator previously
-Worked in the build/construction industry
-Ideally worked on high rise, office, housing, student accommodation or hotels
-Prepared to work on sites across the country
-A small amount of civils experience would be beneficial but is not essential
-Able to work effectively with others
Design Manager Remuneration
Salary: £50k-£60k per annum
