As the Regional Trainer at 3aaa you will be responsible for a caseload of Apprentices at allocated sites with in the West Midlands. You will be responsible for the in house Academy delivery and workplace assessment of the qualification as specified. You will also be responsible for the ongoing learning and progression of the Apprentice whilst on the programme.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities

People

·To act in the best interests of our customers whether they are our apprentices, their employers or the organisations that fund work based learning

·To deliver classroom-based sessions to Apprentices associated with the Digital Marketing program

·To assess the Apprentices competency in the workplace in line with the Digital Marketing program

·To ensure Apprentices receive timely workplace reviews and assessments in the workplace

·To ensure each group of Apprentices are following the agreed program and schedule

·To actively support Apprentices within the Academy and the workplace

·To report Apprentice issues to the Academy Manager

·To deal with any disciplinary and classroom management issues and document these for their file and the for the Academy Manager

·To mentor Apprentices to achieve and learn professional skills required for the work place

Quality

·To focus on how we can deliver an excellent Apprenticeship experience for Apprentices and their employers

·To monitor the progress of the Apprentice at the Academy and in their workplace

·To ensure necessary assessment of apprentices and reporting of any issues to the Academy Manager

·To ensure the Apprentice registers are taken daily and any absence reported to the Academy Manager

·To maintain appropriate tracking systems and procedures relating to quality, compliance, management and assessment for the Academies

·To carry out Apprentice reviews as required

Contracts

·To maintain 90% retention and timely completion of Apprentices

·To ensure relevant paper work is used and completed correctly

·To ensure that all the compliance and process requirements of funding partners and the Academy are met in full

Commercial

·To ensure your own skill sets are kept up to date and relevant

·Attend training courses to further your personal development and knowledge

·To perform any Ad-hoc duties that the Company considers to be reasonable

·To be mindful of your personal safety and the safety of apprentices and colleagues

Key Outcomes to be measured (KPI’s)

Primary KPI’s

·Timely Achievers to be above 85%

·An Observation of Teaching Learning and Assessment to be Grade 2 or above

·To have a LOW IQA risk banding

·Ensure documentation related to SFA and Awarding body audit requirements are 100% accurate and in learning evidence (ILE) is captured every calendar month

·To create an engaging and productive learning environment for all apprentices

Secondary KPI’s

·Timely completion of relevant aims within the Apprenticeship framework

·To carry a caseload of Apprentices within the company expectations

·No more than 5% out of funded apprentices within current caseload

·To conduct the minimum amount of weekly workplace visits within the Company expectations

·To complete a minimum of 30 hours CPD activity per annum

·No more than ‘X’% of Apprentices at risk (with RAG status RED)

Team KPI’s

·A 6-week Apprentice retention rate of 90% or above

·No more than 5% of Apprentices on a break in learning

·Apprentice satisfaction rate of 95% or above

·Employer satisfaction rate of 98% or above

·50% of Apprentices progress onto a higher Apprenticeship/Trailblazer

Essential

·Experience of training and delivery in a Digital Marketing setting

·A+ and MCITP/MCDST qualified

·Real-world Social Media and Digital Marketing work experience

·To hold (or pass) an Enhanced CRB check

Desirable

·Experience of delivering to 16-18 year olds

·PTLLS or CTLLS qualified, or willing to work towards

·MCSA/MCSE qualified

·Knowledge of the FE sector and funded programs

·A1 qualified, or willing to work towards
