An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join an Award Winning Team at Silver Birches in Chelmsley Wood working contracted hours of 21 per week.

Silver Birches is a residential care home in Chelmsley Wood, caring for frail, elderly adults and those with dementia. When support is needed, you will be on hand to meet individual needs, whether they are physical, emotional, cultural or psychological.

We are looking for a Senior Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Silver Birches in Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham, to cover day shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is able to supervise and inspire effectively. Silver Birches is a residential care home in Chelmsley Wood, caring for frail, elderly adults and those with dementia. When support is needed, you will be on hand to meet individual needs, whether they are physical, emotional, cultural or psychological.

You will be supervising and assisting Care Assistants ensuring the highest standard of services is delivered to residents. You should have acute awareness of promoting independence ensuring dignity and individuality.
